My client, a Beautiful 14th Century Country Inn based in the Stunning Cotswold Market Town of Chipping Norton, is looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee the running of an Intimate & Vibrant a la Carte Restaurant and manage a tremendously passionate and service driven Front of House team. Under ambitious new ownership, as Assistant Restaurant Manager you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the property builds on the strong reputation it’s already established in the area, with its profile hopefully increasing further through exciting developments in both the food and service.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, displaying an acute attention to detail and focusing on all those little things which make a dining experience special and unique is tremendously important. We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager with an infectious personality, who can act as one of the main figureheads of this Restaurant, getting to know the guests, chatting to the regulars and becoming synonymous with the property. Working very closely alongside the General Manager on a daily basis, he’s looking for a dynamic professional to work with him in helping the property achieve its goals. Here you’ll also learn more about what it takes to run a successful business. In return, you’ll receive a competitive basic salary of £22,000, plus excellent monthly gratuities.
